Google pays me very well. The staff is very, very nice; they make you feel welcome. You also get a free lunch.
It isn't very organized or clean. There aren't very many bathrooms, and the bathrooms they do have are always full or being used.
Manage your building better. Hire a better maintenance crew. In future buildings, add more bathrooms so everyone can use one of them.
