The process was transparent and long, but it was good overall. There were 5 interviews, all quite pertinent. None of the questions were super difficult, but none were easy – there was always a point of attention.

The interview included scripted questions, general engineering questions, work history, and a few more generic "problem solving" questions. For example, "If you were shrunk down to the size of a dime and put in a blender, how would you escape?"
