  • Googley culture being replaced with bland corporate culture.
  • Constant threats of layoffs.
  • Actual conversations being replaced with corpspeak.
  • Incompetent HR department.
  • Removal of committee-based decisions and the move to stack-ranking results in the return of bias and discrimination.
  • No accountability.
Advice to Management

They need a new CEO because the current one seems to be more interested in pumping up the stock price and their compensation package instead of coming up with a strong vision for the company.
