Good pay and benefits. Good amenities and brand value.
Google's performance review process, work-life balance, and general culture have suffered in recent years.
As the company has grown in size, it has made some unfortunate process optimizations that have gone (in my opinion) against the culture of what it meant to work at Google. Good engineering, respect for employees, and pride in our work have suffered.
