The best and brightest engineers I've ever worked with. It has a very forgiving atmosphere, is easy to change teams if something interesting comes along, and offers lots of opportunity to visit offices in other cities and countries.
Self-induced pressure to "keep up" with the best of the engineers; a few "difficult" personalities.
The increasing number of "siloed" projects is not Googley.
