Pros

You get to work with the smartest people in the world on projects impacting billions of people every day. Get paid handsomely, free coffee and snacks on every floor, and top it up with gyms and game rooms. Awesome.

Cons

Working with the smartest people in the world means a lot of peer pressure. If you underperform, it will be noticed, real fast, and it can be hard to keep up.

And once you underperform, you can find yourself overboard pretty fast.
