Brilliant workforce, but plagued by ever-increasing bureaucracy
Smartest coworkers I've ever had. They tackled deep technical problems with projects affecting billions of users, operating at a massive scale.
Very long productionization cycles. Internal reviews [became] ever slower and more risk-averse. Freedom to innovate gradually diminished and the management structure became more hierarchical.
It feels like more of a traditional employer at this point.
