Great coworkers, lots of infrastructure.
Huge company, questionable leadership morals, frustrating promo process.
The interview process started with a technical coding round, featuring very basic DSA-type questions. This was followed by a whiteboard discussion of architectural details, and finally, I was asked about my technical experience.
The interview had five parts: * Two system design * Two managerial * One coding I believe the coding section is now optional for managers, and can be substituted with a code review section, reflecting the more likely role of a manager.
I had four back-to-back interviews. For one, the interviewer interrupted me halfway through to attend to something. For another, the interviewer didn't even greet me, stating, "Is this still a good time? Let's jump in." I answered all their questions
