Even though Google is quickly losing its shine, the company is still full of great people that were attracted here when Google was the best employer.
No growth prospects. Your manager will only keep telling you how amazing you are.
If you are OK with this, you might get promoted from Junior to Mid position in ~3 years, and from Mid to Senior in ~5 years.
But you will be completely unemployable outside of Google after that.
