Still well-paid and with a decent work/life balance.
When high-speed growth is hard to achieve, managers try to grab cakes from each other. One way to do that is through more and more nonsensical projects. On the other hand, nobody really cares about the so-called "moonshot" projects, as they are doomed to fail due to either poor judgment initially or short patience in execution.
We really should have Elon Musk as our CEO after Larry quit. I believe we would have set foot on Mars already. LOL.

The interview was fine, and the problem to solve was not hard, but I got nervous from the feedbacks on the internet. It was basically about algorithms and data structures, but not that hard.
