Great pay, great schedules, nice people.
Nothing that bad about it.
The whole hiring process took five years as I was rejected multiple times. However, as I gained more and more experience, the employer acknowledged that and invited me for an interview.
I was asked to design a microservices architecture. I explained how I could implement it with backend services and integrate third-party services. I also encountered some data structures and algorithms (DSA) and UI problems.
The interview process was pretty much basic. Two coding rounds followed by an interview round and then a final HR interview. The coding rounds had basic DSA questions, primarily from LeetCode and GeeksforGeeks.
