This was for the software program called STEP, and it is for freshman and sophomore college students. They asked pretty simple intro-to-programming questions. They literally asked me to find the second-largest element in an array.

I was contacted on LinkedIn and then asked to do a technical test. The test was quite easy to complete, but they told me the performance was not good enough.
