I completed one phone screen, which involved a LeetCode Easy problem over Google Docs. This was followed by a quick follow-up question about how I would test the solution. Afterwards, the standard interview process for L3 included four LeetCode-styl

The interview was cordial, and the interviewer was patient. I should have prepared better. It involved one medium LeetCode question, and we discussed it further. We spent 45 minutes on the question. Afterwards, I asked about Google and its culture.

It was an intensive and long process, and I had to meet many, many people. In the end, it could have been done in a lot less time. People were nice, though, and all interviews were virtual.
