Good Pay, Stagnant Tech
Likes I liked the interaction with my team members, project manager, and DM. Also, salary and appraisals were always nice. I worked on many challenging tasks until last year and was appreciated equally.
Dislikes
- Technical stack growth: Not getting a chance to work on current, in-demand projects.
- Repetitive legacy work in my case. Note: #2 is not for everyone.
Likes
Benefits are good, but compensation disparity is there. Covid leaves are there, Sodexo included, cabs included. If your reporting manager is understandable, then you'll work pressure-free, but if not, then vice versa.
Dislikes
Politics while IJPs and compensation disparity.
