They called me on the phone and gave me a test. Afterwards, they conducted an on-site interview, and then they flew me out. I think it was a long process.

The first step was a phone screen interview to get to know you, followed by in-person interviews conducted either via video call or on campus. The interview process was easy and went smoothly.
