1. The work done at Google for an intern or a low-level SDE seems too "normal" in some teams, meaning it doesn't make much impact and can be done by anyone with basic programming skills.

2. The work done at Google uses a lot of its own frameworks (though they are very advanced), which are inaccessible outside. This makes it difficult to directly adapt the skills learned at Google to another place.

The recruiting process is too slow. It seems there are always reasons to postpone the HC (Hiring Committee) meetings.
