I don't find much of a con in Google.
Good. The first round was quite difficult. There were two coding questions. I solved the first one, but I couldn't solve the second one. I would say it was a good experience. I am looking forward to future opportunities.
The interview is great. First, your resume score must be 100 percent to be selected at Google. They take so many rounds and ask so many questions. They are asking LeetCode medium and hard questions; they will not ask easy ones.
It is a couple of hard technical rounds. Mostly, you are evaluated on how you think, not if you are able to solve the question. For example, if you brute force and give an answer, it won't work.
