WLB is good compared to others.
There was no ownership and too much paperwork.
I was contacted by a recruiter, and then the interview was scheduled. There were 4 rounds. * The first interview was technical and was pretty much a screening interview. * The next 3 were tougher than the screening one.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. It was good and had fun, and asked some good questions, some basic and DSA friendly questions, and on AI what it is and doubled down on it. So I enjoyed it a lot.
Four back-to-back Round 3 coding interviews, followed by one Googlyness interview. Just be prepared with medium to hard level LeetCode problems. All three coding rounds were hard for me. I was able to call out all three, but in one round, I got stuck
