Good work culture with a better environment.
Nothing is bad, really. They give the best experiences.
The first round was an online assessment. Then, two back-to-back technical interviews. The questions were moderate to hard. They asked me to create a scoreboard using a map and dynamic programming. Then, an HR interview.
Nice interview. They asked, "Tell me about yourself" and "Why should I hire you?" They checked my resume and asked questions based on my resume projects: coding, DSA, and everything else they asked me.
3 rounds. The first is technical pure DSA, where they asked one question of a graph (string graph). The second round was 1 DSA implementation type + HR questions. The third is a Googliness round, and overall it was very tricky.
