It was a good experience.
There are no cons for Google.
On campus: * Resume shortlisting * Two tech rounds, based only on DSA and OOPs concepts Both tech rounds were eliminatory. Every round had one question followed by follow-up questions on the same topic.
It started with the referral form from one of the employees. Unfortunately, they sent the test link to 99% of the applicants. After the test, they selected 100% of the girls for the interview rounds this year.
I was asked a difficult question in the first round but an easy question in the second round, so overall the experience was good. If you prepare well, then you can surely crack the interview process.
