Big money and not too much stress.
Not too much, really, to be honest.
I got an OA first, and then proceeded to a phone interview with document sharing. You have to code on the document, which is inconvenient. You have to waste time on formatting. The phone call itself is also a disruption.
The first phone call was the interviewer trying to see which position one would best fit. After this, an email was sent with the day of the actual coding question interview.
A sourcer contacted me in April 2022 via LinkedIn regarding an early career role. I was scheduled for a phone screen in June 2022. The interviewer did not show up the first time. I was quite disappointed by the lack of follow-up and communication
