Really kind and professional. They try to put yourselves at ease. It is important that you show you know what they are looking for. You must be professional and show them that you can work by yourselves and in a group when necessary.

Four technical and one HR interview were conducted for the "on-site" portion. Each technical interview lasted approximately 45 minutes. These interviews involved one question with follow-up questions that built upon the candidate's solution.
