I had one phone interview. Two weeks later, I was contacted for the on-site interview. There were five interviews in total for the on-site portion. Three weeks later, my offer was extended.

The interview process includes a coding test, a phone screen, and four rounds of on-site interviews. Their focus is always on coding questions and your approach while solving them. I think if you are good at coding and explaining your thought process

It was extremely challenging, one of the most difficult interviews I have ever done. I didn't expect to get an offer because I messed up two of the questions, but in retrospect, it probably wasn't that bad.
