Great culture and people are generally respectful and very helpful.
Almost everyone is very good at what they do (SWE/Product Management etc).
Slow growth and promo, requires being in right projects at right time.
The culture is changing, slowly morphing into a generic big company. There's lots of inefficiency and occasional short-term focus. While the overall culture at the company is great, it varies from team to team and location as well. I found work-life balance is much worse in India than in the US, for example.
It was a good experience. The interview questions were mostly based on DSA and dynamic programming. The difficulty level was high. Questions mostly asked were LeetCode easy and medium. I would recommend solving the LeetCode 150 list.
