Applied through online application. Resume shortlisting. The shortlisted candidates attended a 15-minute phone call discussion. Next round was Technical Interview 1. After that, Technical Interview 2. Final round was HR round.

It was very bad, honestly. I had 3 interviews where the interviewer did not show up. And it has been 3-4 months, and I haven't heard back from the hiring committee. The HR keeps on messaging that she is working on my candidacy, but I don't know what
