The working culture is great at Google.
I haven't found any cons here.
I went through the technical screening round. It was a 45-minute round based on data structures and algorithms. It started with introductions from myself and the interviewer. One question based on graphs and trees was asked, along with its follow-up
The process was good overall. HR was extremely professional and transparent. However, my candidature was rejected based on just one bad interview out of six. Otherwise, everything else was good.
It was pretty decent. Just a little bit of DSA knowledge and fundamentals would be enough for you to get through. The key is confidence. Just try to be more confident during this phase.
