Great Colleagues, Meaningless Work
I thoroughly enjoy my work experience here.
Great workplace, positive atmosphere, and wonderful colleagues. I have no constructive criticism of what can be improved, as I’ve had a great experience.
I know many people here who find their work to be meaningless or just humdrum. That, along with an inability to get promoted or higher compensation elsewhere, seem to be the biggest reasons that people leave.
