Apply through the company site. You are given an online assessment that includes two DSA questions, styled in a LeetCode format. Candidates are not able to move forward to the technical interview. The process took approximately one week.

First, it was a phone call, then a technical screening. During the first conversation, they asked me to describe my current projects and why I want to work at Google. Then, in the coding interview, they had me work on a problem with about 30 minutes

I submitted my resume online, waited for a few weeks, was contacted by a recruiter, had a phone screen, chose a language, etc., etc. We then decided on a date for a phone interview. I was not well prepared, and therefore failed.
