First, I was contacted by recruiters, then I had the phone screen. I was asked about OOP directly; nothing about my background and resume was discussed.

Four rounds of technical interviews were conducted. The questions were not hard but tricky. One interviewer's accent made it difficult to understand what he said. Besides that, everything was good.

I went through the conversion after my internship. There were two technical interviews. They were all very polite, and the process was pleasant.
