The first round was an online coding round with two questions in one hour. The second round was a technical phone interview of 45 minutes. The last round was an onsite interview comprising four technical interviews.

First, apply online at the Google Careers site. If your resume gets shortlisted, you will receive an email with a coding test link. If you are selected, then the interview rounds start.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. It is a very lengthy process, and my recruiter changed thrice throughout. There were multiple interview cancellations and rescheduling. They now call you to the headquarters as well
