The structured interviews provided a balanced assessment of my qualifications and skills. I appreciated the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the company.

The first step was just a conversation with the recruiter, and then we had another interview where they asked me to solve an algorithm in a blank document. I was able to move forward because I did not pass on it.

The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I asked for five weeks to prepare for the first round. The first round was a phone interview. It involved a LeetCode medium question.
