Avoid the bad team
Great work-life balance. Coworkers are very friendly and helpful in most cases. Tons of cool stuff to learn. Could have a huge impact on the product.
Team culture varies one by one. If you are not lucky enough during onboarding and get into a bad team, try to get out as soon as possible.
