The most comfortable company. I wish I could retire from Google
High pay, light workload, low pressure, good benefits, lots of freedom. An ideal job!
Many Googlers lack motivation to work harder, being too relaxed and waiting to retire from here.
Google should cut at least another 20% of its workforce and can still run very well, or even better.
