The phone interview questions were easy if you had read CLRS. I had a shared document open, and I had to write code in that document. Pseudocode was accepted.

It's extremely easy if you do LeetCode and practice. Know your algorithms and data structures, and you will be fine. Study a lot and be confident in your answers. Give multiple solutions.

The first step was a normal telephone call. The second step was a videocall. The last step was an assignment to evaluate my skills and competences. It was a very long process (3 months in total).
