Salary component for the initial 2 years.
Too much work pressure, like a pressure cooker. Unrealistic deadlines, just to make the client happy.
No one listens to your query here if you have any problem, but if you do something wrong, they will f*** you hard. Worst organization someone can join. You can join only if you want to spoil your career.
They call it management, but the only thing they do is behave with employees like slaves and try to get work done, even if they had to work 24/7.
