The Jan 2023 mass layoff was conducted in a cold, impersonal manner. This showed clearly how company leadership actually cares about employees.
The Jan 2023 layoff was mishandled in a way that deeply damaged company reputation and morale, among current employees, former employees, and people around them. Google management should learn from their past mistakes.
