Get a phone call and do coding challenges in Notepad, like a shareable link with the interviewer. The actual interviewer was extremely pleasant to deal with and was very clear and precise in explaining anything I asked.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. 5-6 interviews on the same day. 4 of them are technical, coding interviews, and one of them assesses if you'll be easy to work with and know how to think through problems and design.
