Challenging Work, Smart Colleagues
Work is challenging and non-trivial. Colleagues are smart. Working at Google is fun. Exposure to real users.
Salary is lesser than what I want it to be. Even with recent salary hikes, I feel that working in remote offices is not beneficial.
We need to bring back the quality in hiring and products that Google used to have 5 years ago. Quality is what makes Google stand out.
