Good perks, but large company
Lots of great perks, salary, and food.
The work can be interesting and challenging when on the right team.
The company is so large that the quality of culture is degrading quickly. The bureaucracy only seems to be getting worse over time.
The quality of new hires seems to be lower than it used to be. We need to focus less on growing and more on developing the right projects.
