Submitted as a req by a Googler. Had a terrible phone interview where the interviewer's phone kept dying, so all communication was through Google Docs.

Four out of five interviewers were quite nice and friendly. However, my first interviewer was extremely arrogant. My recruiter was also very irresponsible. She didn't show up on the day I interviewed and has never replied to any emails I sent her.

I did not pass the telephone screening, so I couldn't proceed to the onsite interview round. However, I'm determined to improve my interview skills and reapply for similar positions in the future. I plan to seek feedback on my performance and work
