The RTO policy is stupid, cutting as much as 25% base salary for employees wanting to stay remote.
Compensation is no longer top of market. This has been the case since even before the pandemic. For example, Stripe, Netflix, Instacart, and The Trade Desk all pay much better.
There is lots of red tape and not much room for making an impact.
There has been a noticeable shift in culture since the pandemic. You feel like a cog in a giant machine that doesn't care about you. There are mass emails talking about policy, upper management is out of touch with employees, and it's a common problem where you ask a question in chat and no one replies.
