Work is very challenging; the culture is fantastic. There is always something going on, and it's easy to get yourself involved in anything, even if it's outside your area of expertise.
Be prepared to spend huge amounts of time teaching yourself most of what you need to know.
If you can get to know people early, this isn't so bad.
