Flat Hierarchy, Less Transferable Skills
The whole hierarchy is very flat, which is really great, as you can talk to anybody with whom you have a topic to discuss. There are many very interesting people in the office.
There is a lot of internal technology within the company. This is great to do work inside, but it means that many skills are not transferable.
