I applied through school recruitment and was contacted by the recruiter. I had two back-to-back interviews on campus, where I wrote code on paper. This occurred about two weeks after the initial contact.

I had to complete a snapshot survey and a coding sample. The snapshot survey consisted of several personality questions. The coding sample consisted of several coding problems, which could be solved in any language.

A quick phone interview. Good questions about my past experience and future interests. Very fair and well-organized. Friendly and to the point. Not intimidating. An enjoyable experience. Focused on recent positions, including ability to problem-so
