It was great until the layoffs. The work varied, with great benefits and good people to work with.
Also, work has been getting more bureaucratic, process-heavy, and risk-averse in the last few years. Layoffs were handled very badly, and the last organization was an organizational mess with a bad strategy.

Software Engineer
Very good interview process. The interviewer was on time, and basic programming questions were asked. The main topic was on algorithms and Python programming skills. I was asked to solve BFS and DFS, and also binary search.
