Plenty of great people to work with.
Free food made me slightly fat, and I am too lazy to use the free gym.
Many great things happen in the US; this makes it difficult to get involved in them when working outside the US. I am still working on great stuff, but have less choice.

Very good interview process. The interviewer was on time, and basic programming questions were asked. The main topic was on algorithms and Python programming skills. I was asked to solve BFS and DFS, and also binary search.
