Learning experience, WLB, career growth, great people, still top-of-the-market pay compared to many places.
Too many re-orgs, cost cuts up to a point where it doesn't make sense, equivocal Director+ management comms and unclear vision/strategy, declining morale and culture, diversity and inclusion suffering amidst the Israel-Palestine conflict. Google is hardly driving any innovation; most of the heavy lifting is done by Google DeepMind these days.
