Pros

Great people, flexible hours/location, decent work-life balance. Good amenities in the office.

Cons

Bureaucracy blocks you from implementing things fast, hence it also blocks your skill growth. Recent layoffs (or rather how they are done) show Google is no longer a #1 employer, but one of a top 10% at most.

Advice to Management

Reduce bureaucracy, improve communication with employees, by stopping the pretense of being a "good" company.
