Amazing Culture, Tough Deadlines
Great atmosphere, good people, and just a great place to work. I would even go as far as saying it's the best company in the world to work for.
I don't have many cons about Google, but software engineering, I do. For one, deadlines: they are very stressful to meet. Secondly, the amount of hours is huge.
My advice is just to stick to the same style as now because the employees have huge morale and, as I said earlier, a great place to work.

Software Engineer
Very good interview process. The interviewer was on time, and basic programming questions were asked. The main topic was on algorithms and Python programming skills. I was asked to solve BFS and DFS, and also binary search.
