Perks are good: offices, food, stock, maternity stuff.
It's easy to burn out when you have to work slowly, with no risk and lots of paperwork. Also, it now takes at least 2 years to progress in level, which is extremely long.

Software Engineer
Very good interview process. The interviewer was on time, and basic programming questions were asked. The main topic was on algorithms and Python programming skills. I was asked to solve BFS and DFS, and also binary search.
